We love talking to our customers & listening to their feedback has driven us to create the DeskPhone you know today. Although we offer a number of channels for our customers and potential customers to contact us such as; Email, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Linked in Company page & of course by telephone on 0203 434 2068, naturally we wanted to continue to take our service a step further. We are pleased to announce that we now offer real time live chat for our customer support and sales services directly on all our web platforms (DeskPhone.com, support.desk-phone.com & customer.desk-phone.com).

What is Live chat?

Live chat is an advanced instant massaging service that offers instant contact to DeskPhone support and sales staff. You don’t need to install anything, just click on the interactive chat button on the bottom left of your screen (see below) to be connected directly to one of our support staff, it’s really simple and our customers are already using it to talk to us. Although there are many versions of this type of software service out there, our particular live chat is called Zopim and is provided by the geniuses behind Zendesk (our incredible customer support ticketing service). Who am I speaking to?

Depending on the area you’re on you will be speaking to different departments at DeskPhone. On our main website you’ll be speaking to trained DeskPhone sales staff, who can answer any questions you might have about our service, price, features and more. Alternatively, if your on one of our other platforms you’ll most likely be speaking directly to our expert support and technical staff. We can also refer you to the right department just like on our telephone systems so please ask us anything and we will make sure your speaking to the right person. It’s also worth mentioning that unlike with other live chat software on other websites you’re always talking to real people, we don’t do robots in our customer services.

When is our Live chat available?

Our live chat is available from 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday (our usual office hours). If a member of staff is unable to take your message you can always leave your email address and name and they will contact you via email as soon as they are free.
