After 5 months of ghost calls happening on our VOIP system and being passed from pillar to post with a lot of misinformation, I stumbled upon a DeskPhone webpage trying to figure out what we can do to stop the constant phone ringing. A little chat window popped up and asked if they could help. Luke was his name and he saved me from throwing all of our handsets out of the window and going down the pub at 10.30am. So Luke, you've solved our problem, and also potentially meant I kept my job as I don't think my boss would have been too happy with me smashing our phones and then going for a few pints.
